Network infrastructure

The network of the datacentre is designed in a way which would satisfy even the most demanding of clients, and the datacentre itself is connected to the Internet via seven Tier-1 Premium Bandwidth Providers ( MCI/UUnet, AT&T, i Savvis/Cable & Wireless, Telia , etc... ). The redundancies in the network ensure that the client server will not lose the connection with the Internet even in the event of any of the routers going offline.

Server infrastructure

The configurations of the servers are based on AMD Dual Opteron Dual Core 270 or Dual Xeon 3,6 Ghz with four or more gigabytes of working memory and Windows 2003 or Linux CentOS operating systems linked together in several cluster and VPN solutions! Depending on the operating system we offer MSSQL 2005 (Windows), mySQL (Windows i CentOS) and PostgreSQL (CentOS) databases. In the case of a malfunction in the server equipment, we guarantee a replacement within one hour after the malfunction is reported.

Security

With the web hosting package comes AntiSPAM i Anti-Virus protection, and our servers are protected with external firewalls which are based on CISCO technologies enabling a flawless protection of your websites. The personnel in the datacentre is available 24 hours a day which makes a quick and efficient intervention possible at all hours.

Avaliability

All of our servers have uninterrupted power supply. The power supply and generators are connected to the power grid using three independent electrical providers. In addition to all that the datacentre is in a controlled enviroment which keeps the temperature and the air humidity at a constant level. All of this ensures an almost 100 % avaliability of our servers and all of our clients are guaranteed a 99.9 % uptime!
